Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese



4 eggs
2 slices smoked salmon, chopped
4 tablespoons goat cheese
2 tablespoons chives
salt, butter, milk etc.

Beat eggs with some milk and a little salt (less than usual).
Heat butter in pan, add eggs, slow cook till creamy.
Turn off heat, stir in goat cheese, some chives and smoked salmon.
Garnish with remainder of chives.
