Blue Chaser

Got these great blueberries from the farmers market, but they were a bit too tart for my taste and I wanted to something easy but interesting with them... So decided to try this


4 oz rum
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh blueberries; crushed

2-3 mint leaves, torn

1/4 tbsp lemon zest

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with mint leaves
