Mai Thai

1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 tsp finely grated ginger
few mint leaves, bruised
2 kaffir lime leaves, bruised
crushed lemon grass stalk
1 chopped thai pepper
ice

Mix all and strain into a margarita glass
