Thai style green beans

Another one from the Thai themed dinner

1/2 pound green beans, cut into 3-inch lengths
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tbsp miso (optional, or increase soy sauce)
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp toasted crushed peanuts
1/2 tbsp red cilli flakes
1 tbsp oil

Blend together the peanut butter, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce and miso.
Cook the green beans in a little water with salt until crisp-tender. Drain.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, chilli flakes and green beans. Stir fry for a minute.

Add the sauce mixture, stir fry another minute. Toss in sesame seeds and peanuts and serve hot.

Add more chilli flakes at end if you like.
