
1 cup canellini beans, soaked and cooked in salt (or 1 can beans, drained and rinsed)
1 bunch broccoli rabe (or mustard greens)
2 cloves garlic
red chili flakes
salt
olive oil
Chop greens into bite size pieces, cook in salted water till tender. Drain and set aside.
Heat some oil, add chili flakes and garlic. Toss a few min; add greens, toss some more.
Add beans, stir around, adjust seasoning.
Plate and drizzle olive oil on top.
This is also served on toasts with grated parmesan as an appetizer.
