Lavender Mascarpone Cream

A great topping for cakes, pies, tarts and fresh fruit.

4 oz mascarpone cream (somewhat like mawa)
4 oz greek yogurt (or regular yougurt passed through a sieve to remove liquid)
4 oz half'n'half
3-4 tbsp sugar or honey
1 tbsp crushed lavender flowers

Whip all together with a hand blender will light and fluffy.. keep refrigerated until used.
