Cooking experiments, easy recipes; usually quick recipes without too much prep time involved. I enjoy cooking and so making something that looks and tastes good, is a way of relaxing. And of course I love to experiment with combinations of new and unusual ingredients if they contribute to texture and complexity and the element of surprise.

Most of the time, I have to stand at odd angles .. with Mollie underfoot.. literally !! Hence, the title of the blog. At least she cleans up when I drop stuff on the floor.
