Thai-tini

1 1/2 oz lemongrass vodka
1/2 oz vermouth
few basil leaves
2 kaffir lime leaves, bruised
1/4 tsp grated ginger
crushed lemon grass stalk (if you use plain vodka)
1 chopped thai pepper
ice
lemon twist for garnish

Mix all and strain into a martini glass, garnish with lemon twist
